SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain how JobsiteX, Inc. (“Jobsite X,” “we”) texts the mobile numbers you give us. They sit with the Platform Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the E-Sign & Communications Consent you accept at onboarding.

Program name: Jobsite X. Sender: our 10DLC / RCS number on the JobsiteX, Inc. brand. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency is low — login codes, invites, and job-offer alerts.

1. What we text

Operational, non-marketing texts may include:

• Account and phone verification (including one-time codes)
• Invites to finish setup or join a company
• Job-offer alerts when a contractor selects you or your company
• Assignment texts when dispatch puts you on a job
• Occasional staff replies if you text our number

Booking, the clock, timesheets, and payouts run in the Jobsite X app. We do not text job commands — offer and assignment alerts are notifications only.

2. Consent

By providing a mobile number and using text-enabled features, you consent to operational texts at that number as described above. We keep a consent record (phone, wording, time, and any later STOP).

This program is not marketing. Promotional texts are never required to create an account, take a job, or get paid, and we do not send them unless you separately opt in later. You can revoke consent anytime by replying STOP or emailing privacy@jobsitex.com.

3. STOP, HELP, START

• STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL — we unsubscribe the number and send one confirmation. You can also email privacy@jobsitex.com.
• HELP or INFO — we reply with how to use the app and how to opt out.
• START or UNSTOP — we re-enable operational texts for that number.

A STOP may block account texts for that phone. We may still contact you in the app, by email, or by voice for an active job, an emergency, or a notice the law requires.

4. Carriers and delivery

Supported US carriers include the major national networks and their resellers. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carrier and handset filters can delay or drop messages. Jobsite X is not liable for delayed or undelivered texts.

5. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use numbers to operate the Platform, prevent fraud, and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy. Our messaging provider (Twilio) processes messages only to deliver them.
